Jody Levitus
Facilitator & Creator
Producer and prolific creator, Jody has worked with some of the most innovative and award-winning directors in music videos, music documentaries and short films.
During a 12-year life stint in Barcelona, she set up multi-disciplinary art events and concentrated on her photography with work published in various travel magazines.
Returned to London and produced a series of photographic exhibitions revolving around mental health for The Photography Movement and joined the team at Equal Lens, a collective that champions female and non-binary photographers.

In 2018, she founded Trash & Treasure markets as a way to champion local businesses.

Amanda Byrnes
Fashion & Retail
A regular trader at Portobello Road/Spitalfields Market since her teenage years, Amanda has a wealth of retail & management experience and an entrepreneurial spirit that champions small businesses.
In early 2000, Amanda created her own fashion brand Odie & Amanda.
Opened two successful boutiques in London for 11 years. She has since worked with several fashion designers as a consultant & stylist.
In 2021 she partnered up with Jody at Trash&Treasure Markets. They share a passion for supporting small businesses through the medium of markets.

As a relatively new development they have helped us reach and build a new audience through our monthly Street Food Markets. This activity has grown to be a key event in our programme.
